Our Campus

An Ofsted Outstanding college situated in the borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Our campus has been designed with student experiences in mind. Our top-class facilities and cool socialising spaces create a diverse learning enviornment, where you'll be taught by a dedicated staff team who put student success at the heart of everything they do.

We appreciate that joining the College may feel daunting, just because it's different, but our campus is really friendly and once you get your bearings, it's not as big as it looks. When you start at NSCG, you'll be given a handy 'college map' which will help you find your way around. Plus, during the first few weeks of term, there will be plenty of staff on each floor to help you if you get lost.

Our Newcastle College campus is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre and is easily accessible by bus and car. As well as our modern, vibrant main campus we have bespoke purpose built buildings for Construction & Engineering and Performing Arts students.

FIRST CLASS FACILITIES, FIRST CLASS STUDENT EXPERIENCE

We have a proud reputation of continuous, sustainable investment which helps us maintain the type of modern, student friendly campus that you would expect from a high performing and resilient institution. Since 2010, we’ve invested over £70 million into our facilities, so you’ll be studying in state-of-the-art learning environments and making use of cool study and social spaces.

Beyond the well equipped classrooms, you will find a number of fantastic facilities open to all students at the College, including:

Gordon Banks Sports Centre - where learners can get discounted student rates and work out between classes in the air-conditioned gym, or stay fit in the dance studio, badminton court or catch one of our many fitness classes.

Academy of Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy - if you've got time between lessons, you can treat yourself to a fresh haircut, a manicure or a facial

Learning Resource Centre (LRC) - our LRC and Learning Zones contain hundreds of computers, books, DVDs, magazines and newspapers to support your studies.

Chill Out Spaces - if you love coffee, you'll love our Coffee Shop that serves freshly brewed Starbucks coffee. And if you are looking for something more hearty, check out our Food Hall, where all students get FREE tea and toast before 8am. Or, our Olympic Lounge is the perfect retreat for a break between lessons, you can chill out and have a game of pool or table football.
